Summer Court Style
Wimbledon's strict dress code - only white on court - did not stop the Williams sisters from once again celebrating their personal style.
Watching Venus Williams win the match with De Los Rios was a celebration of great tennis dressed in royal style. By royal I refer to her inspiration from the queen of rock & roll, Tina Turner.
Venus told reporters: "I think it's just a fun, elegant dress, she's just an amazing, amazing artist, just a survivor. She reinvented herself. Plus she looks great. I've loved her forever. So the dress is really inspired by her."
This outfit is more tame then the one she presented in the Australian and French ope but in all she remains true to wearing what makes her happy and feeling comfortable in them obviously helps her confidence on court.
I can't wait to see Serena Williams choice of outfit when playing for a real royal; the Queen and the duke of Edinburgh. Serena vowed to tone down her flamboyant style for the Queen's first visit to Wimbledon since 1977.
